Returns and Exchanges

Please note:
- After the first exchange of a product, the exchange will be final and items will no longer be refundable or exchangeable
- Returns/Exchanges on Clearance or Final Sale items are not allowed unless the item is damaged in shipping, we will ask for pictures of the item and pictures of the shipping box and packaging.
- Returning for a refund?
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please allow for 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Federal Holidays can delay posting to statements. If the item was a gift please note that on a slip of paper in your return package along with your email address. A refund will be sent to you in an email via a store credit
- Please note that the initial shipping fee is not refunded in the case of a return.
- We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
